TLDR: After spending a majority of my life sick, depressed, and addicted to drugs, I now life a meaningful life as a wife and first-time mom.

Hi, I’m Alison – my loved ones call me Ali. I grew up with a not-so-normal life just outside of Dallas, Texas. Why was it not normal? Besides your average neighborhood friendships and excelling in college-level high school courses, I was very sick as a child. I had Leukemia from the ages of three until about six.
My childhood and college years, along with the fact of having a mentally handicapped younger sister, propelled me to deep dive into my health in my adulthood.
I went from being a depressed, drug-addicted college student who was covering up her misfortunes and sadness with anything toxic, to a fulfilled, happy wife and mom who lives a mostly non/low-toxic lifestyle.
I believe in living a conscious, uplifting lifestyle. No negativity, low toxins, and lots of love-filled memories.
Anyway, I’m super glad you’re here and I hope this blog and any other content I create can add a positive light to your life. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can provide in the future to help.
